1. Who we are
CallVekt AI is operated by ultracaesar ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us for any privacy question through the support contact shown inside the app.
2. Personal data we collect

- Business content — the lead, customer, technician, appointment and conversation records you or your team create or import into the workspace.
- Support data — messages, attachments and correspondence you send us.
- Usage and technical data — pages viewed, feature usage, device and browser information, IP address and log/telemetry data.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- Create and administer your account, and provide the service — performance of our contract with you.
- Store and process your workspace content so the product works — performance of our contract.
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries — performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in helping customers.
- Keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug problems — our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable service.
- Improve and develop features using aggregated usage data — our legitimate interest in improving the product.
- Send product or marketing messages where you have opted in — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations — legal obligation.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email, analytics and support tooling providers acting on our instructions.
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit advisers where needed.
- Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards to handle disputes, comply with legal obligations and maintain backups. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your workspace data at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and row-level database security — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember workspace preferences. Where we use analytics cookies, they help us understand feature usage. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the app.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
