How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact our support team from inside the app and we will raise the request for you.

Free trial and cancellations

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Renewals remain eligible for the 30-day guarantee described above.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
